sourceAn investigation is under way into how a little girl wound up with so much alcohol in her that she'd be more than four times over the limit for drunken driving.
The two-year-old is in a Colorado hospital's intensive care unit, where officials say she was brought in with a blood-alcohol level of point-three-six-four percent. It only has to be point-zero-eight for a person to be legally drunk.
Police believe the girl and her mother were dropped at the hospital yesterday by the woman's boyfriend. They say the mother gave conflicting stories, and the man is nowhere to be found.
So far, no one is being charged.
